About Donut King Sunland

Donut King Sunland is the Caloundra branch of the Donut King chain, a donut shop that bills itself as the home of the hot cinnamon donut. That's the signature hot cinnamon donut, made fresh and served warm, alongside iced donuts and the usual range from the cabinet.

Beyond donuts, the menu runs to hot dogs, coffee and milkshakes, so it suits a quick afternoon treat with the kids as much as a coffee stop. You can take your order away or sit in. There's seating inside, free street parking and a free car park nearby, and a wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park. They take cards and mobile payments.

The donuts are made fresh, and helpful staff get a mention too. With a chain shop like this, the cinnamon donuts are made to order from a machine, so the best time to go is when the counter is busy and the batch is rolling.

Check the hours before you head in, and go earlier in the day if you have your heart set on the hot cinnamon donuts or a hot dog meal. Some items can run out or finish up before closing time, so a quick call ahead is worth it if you're making a special trip to this donut shop in Caloundra, Queensland.
