The sourdough is the other big draw. Liam Reynolds spent years perfecting the sourdough process at some of Sydney's most respected artisan bakeries, and the long-fermented loaves are what plenty of regulars buy weekly, with both seeded and grain varieties getting a mention. The pastry side is just as popular: cinnamon scrolls with a not-too-sweet homemade icing, custard tarts with the right amount of filling, and fluffy blueberry muffins. Everything is baked fresh each morning, and locals say it tastes that way.
