If you're after a Lebanese-style bakery in Waterloo, NSW, this green-branded spot is a familiar name around the neighbourhood. OOSHMAN is the rebrand of Manoosh Pizzeria, and the baking is done fresh to order: pizzas, manoosh and wraps coming out of the oven hot.

We've heard the garlic prawn pizza is a favourite, along with the vegetarian and BBQ chicken pizzas, and there are vegan options too, including a vegan pizza. The garlic goddess chicken wrap is one regulars order, though one local found theirs a bit dry on one visit. Wraps come in generous sizes, the deluxe garlic bread is a standout, and the sambousik and the warm cookie, when it's on, are worth adding to an order. One person simply raved about the chips, crisp and well seasoned every time.
