UE Bagels Miami is a bagel café on the Gold Coast, and the bagels are made fresh by hand each day. It's the sort of spot people in Miami use for a morning coffee and a proper breakfast bagel, and it's one of three stores in the group.

The menu leans well beyond the basics. We hear the brekky bagel with sausage is a regular order, and the brisket Philly cheesesteak bagel gets plenty of praise, along with pickle cream cheese and a mushroom and garlic option. The menu changes through the year, though the breakfast and lox bagels are said to stay put. They also do gluten free bagels and vegan options, and one local with coeliac disease called the gluten free bagel sandwiches a rare find. The house-made vegan cream cheese, smoky and a little sweet, gets a special mention. Coffee and smoothies round things out, and custom cake orders and catering are on offer too.
