The baking has a European lean. Owner and Head Pastry Chef John Swiatek brings over 50 years of experience to the counter. Beyond the donuts you'll find pastries, custom birthday cakes, sourdough and specialty breads, home-made pies, sausage rolls and quiches. One visitor also ordered the pierogi, golabki, cheese sticks and angel wings, and the mud cakes get a mention too. One local has spoken highly of the pies, though another was less impressed by a curry pie.
